AGILITY
Agility is probably one of those buzzwords that is often met with skepticism and a certain amount of reserve. The same thing happened to us when we first started exploring the topic in 2018.
Nevertheless, the adapted mindset that came from training in agile fundamentals increased productivity, results, and probably more importantly than anything else, communication and thus the mood within the team.
Through the change in perspective, we managed to establish a practiced culture of error and a harmonic work environment that allows each employee to contribute his or her personal best. The fact that this is subject to unpredictable variables and that everyone is aware that we work with people and not machines creates the absolutely necessary respect among each other.
Virtually non-existent hierarchies enable our employees to quickly test ideas and incorporate the results of these experiments into their daily work.
Agility is not SCRUM or Kanban - agility is a mindset that we see as the foundation for LOGIC and that harmonizes perfectly with our values of fairness & competence.

Agility at LOGIC
A small baseline for understanding the agile mindset in complex environments of the media landscape.
How does the linear approach (e.g. contract for work) differ from the iterative (e.g. by consumption/
time & material)?
Different approaches
TIME & MATERIALS:
WORK CONTRACT:
The triangle of the project is turned upside down. From fixed requirements (specifications), a variable budget (tender) and time ("How much time does the contractor need until he can implement this?"), one switches to variable requirements (regular adjustments), a fixed budget (customer defines this at the beginning) and a fixed time for the use of the project result. Through incremental growth of the product, a result which can be presented to the customer is achieved after each cycle.
