HR and Office Manager (m/f/d) part-time (20 hours/week)

YOUR TASKS

  • Personnel administration: Managing and maintaining personnel files, employment contracts and other documents in the human resources area

  • Travel expense accounting: Checking, recording and processing employees' travel expense reports in accordance with internal guidelines and legal requirements

  • Applicant management: Supporting the recruitment process, from advertising job vacancies to preparing employment contracts and taking care of applicants

  • Office management: Ensuring a smooth office routine, including the procurement and management of office supplies, organizing premises and coordinating

  • Organizing meetings and travel: planning and preparing internal meetings, including coordinating catering and premises, as well as providing support in planning travel.

YOUR QUALIFICATION

  • Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification in the field of office management, human resources or administration

  • Initial work experience in office management and/or human resources

  • Organizational and communication skills: You work independently, in a structured manner and enjoy coordinating different tasks

  • Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and modern means of communication

  • Discretion and a sense of responsibility when handling

  • Independent, structured and reliable way of working

  • Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken

  • Class B driver's license
