Working on media solutions with responsibility
As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the operation and further development of our managed services. You will serve as the central point of contact between customers, operations, and engineering, ensuring that our services are delivered reliably, efficiently, and in accordance with defined service levels – in an environment where we implement technical media solutions for contribution, production, and distribution.
Your tasks
- Responsibility for the operation and quality of managed services
- Management and coordination of service processes (incident, change, problem)
- Ensuring compliance with and monitoring of Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Central point of contact for customers, partners, and internal teams
- Analysis of service performance, as well as the identification and implementation of measures for the continuous improvement of services
- Planning and coordination of maintenance, updates, and changes
- Support in escalation management for critical incidents
- Further development of service processes, runbooks, and operating models
- Participation in the establishment and operation of a Service Operation Center
What you should bring
- Completed vocational training, college degree, or comparable qualification in a technical field
- Several years of experience in service management, technical support, or system operations
- Strong understanding of IT and network systems, and ideally broadcast or cloud systems
- Experience in customer interactions and managing service processes
- Structured and solution-oriented approach to work
- Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor
- Good command of English
