Working on media solutions with responsibility
As a Customer Success Engineer specializing in cloud and monitoring, you will support the operation and further development of distributed, cloud-based systems and observability solutions. You will work closely with customers, the service team, and engineering to ensure stable and transparent operations.
Your tasks
- Operation and support of cloud, IT, and monitoring systems
- Analysis, resolution, and tracking of incidents, as well as documentation
- Monitoring of systems and services, and assessment of alerts and system statuses
- Analysis of logs and performance data
- Support in the implementation and further development of monitoring and observability solutions
- Support in optimizing operational processes and monitoring strategies in service operations
- Collaboration in the managed services environment and in the Service Operation Center
- Technical point of contact between customers, partners, and internal service organizations
What you should bring
- Completed vocational training, a degree, or comparable qualifications in the IT field
- Experience in operating IT systems, cloud environments, or monitoring solutions
- Basic understanding of cloud architectures and distributed systems
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools is a plus
- Good understanding of networks, system architectures, and operational processes
- Structured and solution-oriented approach to work
- Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with customers
- Good command of English
- Willingness to work outside regular business hours as part of service operations
