Working on media solutions with responsibility
As a Junior Customer Success Engineer, you’ll join our technical support team for broadcast, IT, and cloud systems. You will receive a structured onboarding program, work closely with experienced colleagues, and gradually take on responsibilities in the help desk, managed services, and eventually within a service operation center. We implement technical media solutions for contribution, production, and distribution – from signal input to playback – in environments where content is created live and must function reliably at all times.

Your tasks

  • Technical support for broadcast, IT, and cloud systems
  • Receiving, analyzing, tracking, and documenting incidents
  • Assisting with fault analysis and troubleshooting
  • Monitoring systems, services, and infrastructure
  • Assisting with maintenance, updates, and system checks
  • Serving as a technical liaison for customers and internal teams
  • Working in the managed services environment
  • Potential role in a Service Operation Center

What you should bring

  • Completed vocational training, college degree, or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience in an IT or support environment is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of IT, networking, or media technology
  • Interest in cloud computing, monitoring, and system operations
  • Structured and independent work style
  • Ability to work well in a team and strong communication skills
  • Good command of English
  • Willingness to work outside regular business hours as part of service operations
